The SFDR targets financial market participants with a financial product and financial advisors with three or more employees. The SFDR distinguishes between an art. 6 (grey), art. 8 (light green) and an art. 9 (dark green) product. In practice, financial market participants are mainly interested in the question 'how do I get from gray to light green?' Taking the step from gray to light green is easier than taking the leap to demanding dark green. For example, a light green strategy can help residential and office investors in the purchase and sale of their real estate.
