Since its establishment in 2002, Boot Advocaten has specialized in construction, real estate and procurement law. As the first niche firm in the Netherlands, Boot Advocaten has set a trend. We are real specialists; not an impersonal law firm. Characteristic is our pragmatic, multidisciplinary and integrated approach, through which we realize (very) large projects with a relatively small organization. 

Since 2008, we have continuously been listed on the list of the best real estate lawyers in the Netherlands by PropertyNL. At Boot Advocaten, real estate also includes the government practice sector, administrative law and environment.

For several years now, Boot Advocaten has also focused on the sectors hourly energy, health and care because our areas of law are also relevant in these sectors.
